Physical well-being & energy
Movement, rest, nourishment, and the habits that keep your body capable.
Live well. Stay engaged. Move forward with purpose.
Life's next chapter can be a time of change, but it can also be a time of possibility. Coaching gives you the space, structure, and support to decide what you want the years ahead to look like — and to take the practical steps that get you there.
Wellness Coaching for Life's Next Chapter is designed for adults who want to be intentional about how they live, feel, and thrive as they grow older. Whether you are continuing a career, preparing for retirement, adjusting to a new season of life, or simply asking “What do I want the years ahead to look like?”, coaching provides the space and support to find your answers.
Together we explore the areas that contribute to a fulfilling life. Coaching is personalized to where you are today and where you would like to go next. Rather than focusing on age or limitations, we focus on what matters to you and the practical steps that can help you continue moving forward.
Your next chapter isn't about becoming someone different. It's about intentionally creating a life that continues to feel meaningful, active, connected, and yours.
Movement, rest, nourishment, and the habits that keep your body capable.
Perspective, confidence, and gentler routines for looking after yourself.
Staying socially engaged and building the community you want around you.
Work, volunteering, learning, creativity — what gives your days meaning.
The routines, planning, and supports that protect how you want to live.
Track one
For adults still working, winding down, or rethinking what work should look like next. The professional question is rarely only professional — it sits alongside energy, health, and what you want your days to hold.
Track two
For adults focused on how they want to live — physically, mentally, and socially — in the years ahead. Practical, personalized, and built around what already matters to you.
Most clients work across both. You do not need to choose a track — we start wherever the pressing question is, and the rest follows naturally.
My decisions are guided by a commitment to respect, integrity, and professionalism — ensuring that both my clients and I are served with authenticity and excellence.
Every choice I make is grounded in respect for my clients' time, goals, and lived experiences. I approach each interaction with intentionality, ensuring that sessions are purposeful, focused, and aligned with their desired outcomes. I protect their confidentiality, value their perspectives, and meet them where they are in their professional or personal journey. My role is to create a space where they feel heard, challenged, and supported — without judgment or agenda.
I bring the full weight of my training, experience, and ethical standards to every engagement. I invest in continuous learning and self-reflection to ensure my methods are evidence-based and relevant. I set and maintain healthy professional boundaries, model self-respect, and operate within the scope of my expertise. This allows me to serve my clients effectively while maintaining personal integrity and balance.
By honoring both myself and my clients, I model the very principles I coach on — clarity, accountability, and alignment. I ensure that my time and energy are spent in ways that create the greatest impact, and I make decisions that reflect the value of professional coaching as a trusted, transformative partnership.
My approach to wellness coaching is grounded in decades of experience spanning healthcare, fitness, movement, mind-body practices, coaching, and risk management. This diverse background allows me to bring a practical, whole-person perspective to helping individuals build strength, confidence, resilience, and well-being throughout every stage of life.
My professional training and credentials include:
Together, these experiences shape a coaching philosophy that recognizes wellness as more than exercise alone. It encompasses how we move, manage stress, adapt to change, make meaningful choices, and stay engaged with life. My goal is to help clients create realistic, sustainable practices that support greater vitality, independence, and well-being—especially as they navigate life’s next chapter.
Coaching is a partnership, not a prescription. I bring structure and good questions; you bring your goals, your history, and your judgment about what will actually work in your life.
A free 20-minute call to hear what prompted your interest, answer your questions, and confirm that coaching is the right fit right now.
A guided review across physical well-being, energy, mindset, self-care, relationships, purpose, interests, and daily routines — so we can see where small changes will matter most.
We translate what matters to you into two or three focused goals, written in your own words, with realistic timeframes.
Each session ends with a specific, doable next action and the supports you will need to follow through on it.
Progress notes and a short written recap after each session. When something isn't working, we change the plan — not the person.
Every option is a 60-minute one-to-one virtual session. Packages are for people who want steady accountability over several weeks, and they never expire before six months.

Secure payment. Each button opens a secure PayPal checkout. No PayPal account is needed — you can pay with a debit or credit card. Your receipt arrives by email, and no card details are ever stored on this website. After paying, use the scheduling form below to choose your session time. Prefer to pay by check? Just ask — that's welcome too.
Sessions are held on weekday evenings and throughout the weekend, so coaching fits around work and family rather than competing with them. Tell me when suits you and I'll confirm by email within one business day. Prefer to talk first? Call or email instead — whatever is easiest for you.
Email me directly at [email protected] and tell me a little about what you're looking for. I read every message myself and reply within one business day.
If you'd rather talk than type, say so in your email and we'll set up a phone call — no charge, no obligation.
Requests come straight to me and I confirm each one personally, so the times above are preferences rather than a live calendar. If your first choice isn't available, I'll offer the two closest alternatives.

No. If you can answer a phone, you can do this. I offer a free practice call to get your camera and sound working, and every session can be held by phone instead of video if you prefer.
No. Coaching is a forward-looking partnership focused on goals, habits, and decisions. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from your physician or licensed mental health provider. I will always say when something belongs with a clinician.
Most clients meet every one to two weeks. Package sessions can be spread across up to six months, so you can go at a pace that fits your life.
Yes, with your consent. The Forward Eight package includes one dedicated family or care-partner session, and it can be added to any other option.
Please give 24 hours' notice when you can, and we will reschedule at no charge. Health issues and emergencies are always an exception.
Wellness coaching is generally not covered. Some clients use an HSA or FSA, or a wellness benefit from a former employer — check with your plan. Ask about a limited number of reduced-fee spots if cost is a barrier.
